It was my second time to bake a whole cake. But this time I did not want to lay icing, as I don't like icing, plus my hand mixer doesn't allow me to produce a nice and smooth icing. My friend gave me an idea to make chocolate ganache, and thanks to her brilliant idea, it turned out fantastic.
It was my first time doing chocolate ganache - thanks to Alana Lowes's recipe, and I am thrilled and horrified that I would be succeed for this one time trial. :D If I could, you should be able to too. Check this video out.
