Ever since being a mother of two, my routine has changed. Waking up at 6-7am is being set as waking time, I have never used an alarm clock since then, they are my best alarm clock ever. Forget about getting enough sleeps, I've been sleeping less than 5 hours each night, with the night feeding (usually twice, sometimes could have more).
I super hate those people who could have time to sleep but refusing to go to bed. That's such a waste.
