| Prawn Mee @ Lok Lok Street, Puchong |
This is one of my favourite street food here - prawn mee. All these years, I have never like prawn mee. Probably because my first experience with prawn mee in Penang 20 years was bad. It was too spicy that almost burnt my tongue. Since then, I had never order any single bowl of prawn mee.
Until there was a day that I was expecting supper brought home from Mr. C. The fried kuey teow we regularly had was closed, and he chosen prawn mee for all of us. I am very choosy in food, so I had it, and I start to love it. Ever since then, when I saw great prawn mee (from recommendation) I would try it out, but none of them could compete with this one yet far. The chilies are just unbeatable.
With an affordable price at RM5 - RM7, it comes with the selection of mee (noodles) or meehoon (vermicelli) and top with prawns, egg, kangkung (water spinach), pork slices, bean sprout and fried onions. Don't forget the chilies too!
If you are enthusiasm in prawn mee, do check out this prawn mee at:
