| Honey Mustard Chicken Wings |
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup (80ml) oil
- 1/4 cup (90g) honey
- 1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce
- 1/4 cup (60g) Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup (60ml) lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 24 chicken wings
- To make the marinade, place the oil, honey, soy sauce, mustard, lemon juice and garlic in a large non-metallic dish and mix together thoroughly.
- Trim the chicken of excess fat, then place in the dish with the marinade and toss until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, turning 2-3 times.
- Preheat the oven to moderately hot 200˚รง. Place the drum metes on a wire rack over a foil-lined baking tray. Bake, turning and brushing with the marinade 3-4 times, for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked. Serve immediately with serviettes for sticky fingers.
Honey mustard chicken wings. Taste good, but it will nicer if eat while they are still hot. Was not able to do so, because I prefer to feed all my sons and make sure the younger one sleeps first then only could really sit down and enjoy my dinner. But I did steal a bite while they were hot. :D
